Introducing ghostwrite “Schrödinger’s ghost: Orange Vibe”

ghosts tell stories.

More often than not, the stories that these ghosts tell originate from the minds and keyboards of the ghostwrite team. When we are lucky enough to collaborate on ghosts with other artists, athletes, and brands, the stories become intertwined with the history, lore, and mysticism of our partners. But Schrödinger’s ghost(s) exist in a different realm.

As we put forth during our most recent Schrödinger’s ghost: Winter Blue release, “…We are using the term ‘Schrödinger’ to refer to an unknown story which will remain unknown unless and until you take the proactive step to create it.” The hand-painted, single-color, partner-less canvas of each Schrödinger’s ghost is the jumping off point provided as to the limitless stories it can tell.

This release, the third in the series, is called “Orange Vibe” and features a hue that exists somewhere on the color wheel between pure orange and pure red. It’s both and neither simultaneously. Not all orange is a vibe. Most are a sunset or a season or a fruit. But this orange is most definitely a vibe. When you see it, you hear it. You get lost in it.

Wittgenstein said, “there is no criterion by which to recognize what a color is, except that it is one of our colors.” This orange is one of our colors. It’s one of our sounds and one of our stories.
