1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Ghostwrite, Inc., 1606 Headway Cir, Suite 9034, Austin, TX 78754 (“Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram has no liability with respect to this Giveaway and release Instagram of any and all liability in connection with this Giveaway.
2. Eligibility
This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on July 28, 2026 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on August 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
Sponsor’s server clock will serve as the official timekeeper for this Giveaway.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, eligible entrants may enter by completing all of the following steps on Instagram:
- Follow @ghostwrite on Instagram; and
- Locate the designated Giveaway post on the @ghostwrite Instagram account (the “Giveaway Post”); and
- In the comments section of the Giveaway Post, tag two (2) friends by Instagram username, and comment “Baseball” on the designated Giveaway post
Limit of one (1) entry per person, per Instagram account, regardless of the number of qualifying comments posted. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void.
Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or not received due to technical failures, Instagram platform issues, or any other cause outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Alternate Method of Entry (No Instagram Account Required): In lieu of entering via Instagram, entrants may enter by handwriting their full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, their instagram account handle and the names and valid instagram handles of two (2) friends they would like to “tag,” on a 3″ x 5″ card, and mailing it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than August 2, 2026 and received no later than August 3, 2026 to be eligible. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope, per person, per household. Mail-in entries are subject to the same eligibility requirements and entry limits as Instagram entries, and will be entered into the same random drawing on equal footing with Instagram entries. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, or incomplete entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage-due, or illegible mail-in entries.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place on or around August 3, 2026, and will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding.
The potential winner will be notified via direct message (DM) on Instagram from the @ghostwrite account within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to respond within the required time, or failure to meet eligibility requirements, may result in disqualification, and Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner in its sole discretion.
Sponsor may require the potential winner to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where legal) a publicity release before being confirmed as the winner and receiving the prize.
6. Prize
Prize: One (1) graded Shohei Ohtani ghost figure, Base parallel (numbered /1000), graded 9.0, from the “Game Face 2025” collection, approximate retail value (ARV) $300.00.
Total ARV of all prizes: $300.00. Actual value may vary based on market conditions (e.g., secondary/collector market pricing) at time of award. No cash alternative or substitution of prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize. As the ARV of this prize is under $600, Sponsor does not anticipate requiring a Form W-9, but reserves the right to request one if required by applicable law.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or these Official Rules, at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of these Official Rules, the offering, or the announcement of a prize.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, Instagram username/handle, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, in any and all media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at ghostwrite.com. Information will be used solely in connection with this Giveaway and as otherwise described in that policy.
11. Disputes and Governing Law
This Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
12. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Participants are providing information to Sponsor and not to Instagram. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Sponsor, not Instagram.
